Nolan turned 7 months over the weekend. And over the weekend he has perfected his movements! He is now crawling & really, dragging himself around by the arms, all over the place. He is a quick one too.
He really wants to just be where ever Grayson is, so he sees him & just has to get there. Granted, Grayson moves like lightning compared to Nolan, so by the time Nolan makes it to where he wants to be, Grayson has hopped to 12 different places, but Nolan is happy to be on the move with his big brother!
Nolan is also getting into more foods. Mum-mums and little puffs are becoming a household favorite very quickly.
Apparently 7 months is when we are going to do all of our growing - his top 2 teeth are broken through & coming down now. A lot of changes here in our house!

All About Grayson
This past Saturday was all about Grayson day! It also marked a first for him.
We took him to the movies for his first movie in the movie theater! That movie was Despicale Me 2. He enjoyed the experience. There were a few moments of restfulness, but he is a 3 year old!
Later that day we did a Mommy & Me afternoon at Sesame. That was a good time too. We jumped around to lots of rides & just had a good time. Not unexpectedly he crashed that night in bed.
Not everyday is perfect, but it's days like that which make being a mom the best job in the world.

At 6 Months....
Nolan is a rolling fool. You lay him down & he goes from side to side like it's his only job.
He is eating solids like crazy. He gets into his highchair & he opens up wide, waiting. Once he is done he just opens again, "Keep shoveling it in Ma!!"
He loves to "talk" and make noises.
He loves his brother dearly. Anything Grayson does near Nolan is the best thing in the world to him. The belly laughs never stop when Grayson is around!
We have started the fun process of un-swaddling him at night. We are 2 nights in and it is going alright. Up next is weening him from any night feedings & sleep training! Wish us luck.
We are moving him out of the infant car seat already because my little chunker is already too big for it (weight wise).
The little smiles - oh they are amazing.
6 month doctor appointment is next week, can't wait to hear the weight!
